Most business searches happen on a phone, on Google.ae, and many include an emirate or an area: "web design Sharjah", "accounting software Business Bay", "AC maintenance Deira". City and area intent is strong, so a single generic page rarely beats a set of focused pages.
Language matters too. Many buyers search in English, a large share search in Arabic, and some switch depending on the task. An Arabic version is not a translated copy of the English page. It needs right-to-left layout, its own titles and descriptions, and correct language tags so Google shows each version to the right audience.
Contact habits are WhatsApp-first. A site that hides the phone number or buries the WhatsApp button loses enquiries to a competitor that makes it one tap. We place click-to-call and WhatsApp where thumbs expect them.
